McCain on SNL

McCain apeared on Saturday Night Live this past week and it was funny as hell. He introduced the show with Tiena fay and it was funny. He also appeared on the news section talking about his campiagn from Mavarick to double Mavarick where he goes crazy. The best part of the show was when they made fun of Kieth Olbermann. That was the best because I don't like him because he is very liberal.

The Key State in this election is

The past two election there has been down to two states Florida in 2000 and Ohio in 2004. These states have tipped both election in Bush's favor 2 times. I think this year is Pennsylvania is the key state in this election because who ever wins it I think they will win the election. I am calling the upset in Pennsylvania for McCain to win the election.

Congress stratigies

One thing I saw when I was writing a paper for AP Gov. on Rush Holt was that there was this one bill he was braging about that he said he was proud to cosponser. The bill was Fairness and Accountability in International Taxation Act which would make rich people pay at least a little tax. On his website he brags about being a co-sponser to the bill. So I look up the bill and it went only to the House and ways committee and thats it. Also he is 1 of 76 cosponsers of the bill. So he brags about the bill and it didn't even pass he didn't do anything accept sign his name on it. So be careful when you here what politians say when they support bills because odds are it didn't even pass. So be careful and look up the record of anyone before voting.

Palin on Saturday Night Live

Palin going on Saturday night live was pretty big. It probably didn't do anything to change the polls but it gave a name for her as being one of the people. Even in one of the skits she was dancing in her seat to the rapping of Sarah Palin. SNL hasn't had a huge impact since the 1970s when the made fun a Gerald being a clumsy person tripping sometime. You would see him getting off airforce one tripping on the steps and SNL made fun of for that.

Rush Holt vs Alan Alan Batemen

Listening to the two of them speak if I could vote I would vote for Alan Bateman because he is a level minded conservitive. He wants to leave Iraq but he wants to do it responsibly unlike Mr. Hult with wanting to cut funding for the troops and get out so Iran and Al Queda can sieze Iraq again before the Iraqie security force was ready. Also Bateman would not take a single ear mark un like Mr. Holt who has 20,800,000 ear marks already. I think Mr. Bateman is better.

Rush Holt does not care for our troops

Steping aside from presidential politics i this weekend I went to examine Rush Holts record. Not suprisingly if you go to govtrack.com you will find that in almost every defence bill or military increase he voted nay. Nay on funding our troops in Iraq. Nay in funding for national defence and Nay for the most important thing National missile defence. I know I haven't said this in a long time but "WHAT WERE THEY THINKING". I mean how could you say nay for funding our troops. Also how could you say Nay to missle defence does he want America to explode. We need a strong conservaitive in this great 12th district of Ney Jersey we need someone like Alan Bateman who will keep this country safe. VOTE FOR BATEMAN THIS NOVEMBER.

Country before Politics

This past week the economy has suffered, banks are closing, people are loosing confidence in the stock market. The government has proposed a bill of 700 billion dollars to fix the economic crisis. Senator McCain wishes to postpone the debate on today to be in Washington to solve this issue. This shows his dedication and belief country before politics. Even though he is running for president he still is a senator and he must do his job. John McCain has decided to stop campaigning to solve the issue. I don't believe this is a political ploy by the McCain camp to jump up in the poll I think the Media wants a story. This is why I support John McCain that he will put country first to help the American people. He will be the next president of the America.

Economic Crises

We are in an economic crises and we should note that this isn't the first time we have been in one. I believe that the government should have little to know invlovement in the stock market. First of all I believe that you should only invest in stock market with extra money you have to spend and so if you lose it it won't effect you that much. The last time the stock market was this low was in 2001 after 9/11. It bounced back and was at its highest in 2005. I believe that there are enough regulations on the free market as it is and should be left alone. The economy will bounce back up as its always has throughout history. Even in the Great Depressions yes Rosevlet and his new deal helped a little but it was really WW2 that made are econmomy go up. Obama wants to add more regulations and that i believe won't help.

McCain's is not Bush

I have a problem when people say, "McCain is Bush" or when people say, "we don't want another four year of Bush," it just drives me insane because most of the time the have no proof or logical evidence to back it up. Democrats use this strategy to draw voters away from McCain and voters are accepting it. Why are the people buy in to this democrat propaganda I mean "What are they thinking?" why don't people just find out what the candidates stand for and decide which candidatewould be the best person for the job.
